Transpose image
If you have two images of the same scan area made up in the perpendicular directions (X fast scanning and Y fast scanning), when you may need one of the two operations – Transpose image (Flip) or Rotate image – to combine them depending on the microscope manufacturer. Flip function from the Mathematics menu and the button
transposes image relative to the axis y=x.
