Question: How I can save Femtoscan image in X,Y,Z format?

Answer: Menu File/Export Select .txt file type Top row will be X, left column Y, all other data - Z, and some empty cells added for alignment. Cells separated with tabs.

Here is how it looks after importing .txt to Excel:
